Providence Private Reserve 2006 was awarded 94 points in issue 197 of The Wine Advocate. Lisa Perotti-Brown complemented us with the following review-

"Deep garnet in color, the 2006 Private Reserve Cabernet Franc Merlot offers and expressive nose of warm blackberries, smoked game, black olives and pencil shavings with hints of cloves and dried Chinese plums. Medium bodied with a good backbone of medium-high acid and medium level finely grained tannins, it giving layers of savory and spiced berry preserve flavors, finishing long and harmonious. Delicious now, it should cellar gracefully to 2018+".
