 The 2007 season was marked by intermittent rain throughout. Increasing fine periods towards harvest insured complexity in fruit.

Tasting Notes

The vintage presents with a dark-red colouring. On the nose, dry, focused red berries and oak. The palette presents delicate berry sweetness with a more focused but incredibly gentle tannin to give the wine presence and elegance. Lighter in weight, but with more complexity in flavors than other stylistically similar vintages. One to cellar for a further 2 - 5 years to reach optimal drinking window.
